Samuel F. Anderson was born in Nashville, Tennessee and graduated from Franklin Road Academy in 1985. Mr. Anderson attended the University of Alabama and graduated in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in English. After graduation from college, Mr. Anderson worked for the American Arbitration Association in Washington D.C. for two years.
Mr. Anderson attended the University of Memphis School of Law and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree in 1994. Mr. Anderson was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 1995 and is licensed to practice before all Tennessee State and Federal trial courts. Mr. Anderson has represented individuals and corporations in numerous civil actions in Tennessee trial courts and before the Tennessee court of appeals. Since 2002, Mr. Anderson has primarily represented lenders and individuals in real estate transactions.
Mr. Anderson is a member of the Nashville Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association and Westminster Presbyterian Church.
