As an “Essential Service”, Bankers Title has continued to be open and serve the needs of our clients. We have established office procedures based upon recommendations of the CDC, local governments, third party consultants and in collaboration with other offices that perform real estate closing services in our area.
We ask that you respect our procedures to protect our staff and visitors to our offices.

Bankers Title is taking appropriate steps to protect our clients and employees from the Covid-19 Virus risks. And, we are also trying to balance obligations to make sure transactions are closed with the safety of our clients and employees at the forefront.
With that in mind our policies are as follows:
Unused pens are supplied for closings.
Tables are cleaned with antibacterial spray after each closing.
All signers must use hand sanitizer prior to signing.
Only signers attend closing events.
Masks must be worn by parties in closing events. Disposable masks are available upon request
We ask that no guest attend closings. Further, while Realtors and Lenders are important and necessary parties, we offer that they attend by telephone or video conference where desired.
IF YOU ARE SICK OR HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO THE COVID-19 VIRUS — DO NOT COME TO OUR OFFICES. We will make every effort to find alternatives for signing and will work diligently with everyone to make sure we get your transaction closed.
We are also able to use Powers of Attorney on many closings so that an attorney in our offices will sign actual documentation after review and approval by telephone and email. We also have some ability to conduct a closing by video conference based upon State of Tennessee Executive Order No. 26. We will be pleased to discuss that option and arrangement.

Our Nashville office is conveniently located in the 3310 Building on West End Avenue in the Nashville Midtown area. The office is located near the I-440 Interstate exchange and free parking is available in our building. Bankers Title has been in this location since 1992.
